ironman... i want to be...>
suddenly i have this huge surge of inspiration to want to be an ironman again
not that 'ironman again', but the inspiration has arrived again

not a very good experience today...
one of my friend's bike skidded at high speed and rolled a couple of times...
luckily he only suffered abrasions to his right side of the body...
but no motorists at the site stopped or slowed down to offer help...
typical Singaporeans...
hope you are alright now Nic...
and no training for you for one week so that your wounds will heal...

hey!>
After hours of trying to post on this blog (yes... hours, cos i'm a computer idiot), finally, i managed to post my 1st post... Yeah!!!
Now my next step will be to find out how to post pictures, 'cos i could'nt upload my posts previously which were full of photos... haha... really need some help here. Meanwhile, this blog here will serve as my training log, journal, and to stay connected to my friends. You guys are welcomed to posts comments too! To help me improve my blog.... especially to teach me on the pics part...
